What are your thoughts and insights about the education system in your country?
In Nevada, the public-school education system focuses more on the structures and systems assigned by Department of Education to the public school districts. The lessons assigned in the classroom must be acquired directly from the courses and curriculum provided by the Department of Education and it must adhere to the strict implementation of those requirements rather than based
lessons and information from other sources outside the system. On the other hand, the teachers in the charter schools were given more flexibility to make some adjustments on their lessons and courses. Teachers at Charter schools should provide instructions that meet the requirements of the charter school system as long as it follows and comply with the Nevada school guidelines. Private schools follow mostly their school administrator's prerogatives and expectations to make it more appealing and competitive. Instead of relying in the public school system's recommendations and guidelines, they usually have professional experts that may hold specific degrees to teach and provide lessons to many of their students in their private campuses.
